Sometimes the most valuable work happens before a property reaches the market. At other times it happens after a survey uncovers a problem or when an estate agent asks for best and final offers, and occasionally our most valuable advice is simply: Don’t buy it.

Because Curetons does not represent the seller, we have no incentive to persuade a client to proceed with a property we do not believe is right for them.
