Our typical fees are:
Property buying service
- Retainer: £2000, fully deductible from the success fee
- Success fee: Between 1.5% – 2.5% of the purchase price or 20% of any saving made on the asking price
Rental property finder & search service
- Retainer: £1000, fully deductible from the success fee
- Success fee: 10% of annual rent
Corporate relocation packages are also available on request.
We’re happy to provide comment or quotes for journalists/ press for free. However if you want us to write an article for a newspaper, magazine or blog we charge £1 a word and we can usually turn round requested pieces in 48 hours.
For all other work we charge a standard day rate of £800.
