Robin Edwards is a royal property expert and managing partner at Curetons, a London-based property buying agency specialising in prime and super-prime acquisitions. Widely quoted across UK and international media, he is known for his clear and grounded insight into the British royal family’s extensive property portfolio.
Drawing on years of experience advising high-net-worth clients and analysing the UK’s most exclusive homes, Robin explains the unique mechanics behind royal residences, from the Crown Estate and Duchies to the private homes that rarely leave the headlines. Journalists rely on him for sharp explanations of valuation, historical significance, succession planning, security considerations and the evolving property strategies of the modern monarchy.
Robin regularly comments on stories involving royal property disputes, refurbishment costs, inheritance expectations, the value of key estates and the ongoing public debate around ownership and transparency. His style is direct, calm and analytical, making him a go-to source for newspapers, broadcasters and digital publications looking to cut through the noise and get to the facts.
